2. Meh, I currently know some 18 year olds who are more mature than some 30 year olds I know. My company just hired a guy out of high school last year and I talk to him more than my other employees because we're both into modifying cars and gaming, whereas a lot of my other employees big hobbies are hunting, fishing, and professional sports which I couldn't care less about.
