Wow you're a jerk, she lives rent free with you so she should have to not be hurt by a mean comment one of your friends made? What else do you think you're entitled to because she doesn't pay rent? Also, the feeling of being unattractive doesn't just magically go away just because you get pretty, it really hurts your self esteem, which is probably why your gf ended up with someone who doesn't even take her hurt feelings seriously.
My advice is don't waste anymore of your energy on the negative and focus on the positives. Enjoy the people that are there for you. Obviously I don't know what your relationship is like with your boyfriends family but maybe lean on them for support instead. Just because your mother and you sisters are blood family doesn't mean they are the only people that are your family and will care about your child. My daughter is grandchild number 8 out of 9 on my husband's side and the 6th granddaughter so as you can imagine they weren't super amazed or excited about my pregnancy because his sisters had been through it before on my side however she's the first grandchild and they were much more excited.
