NP! If shes into you, you've already gotten passed the very hot part. Now all you have to do is get her to feel comfortable around you. Once that happens its all gravy from there. If you are into her which it sounds like you are i promise you will come out of your shell.
Or re-homed with someone who has experience and will actually help this dog. Poor thing is gonna get put down because OP isn't a good dog owner.
