Please some advice what would you do in this situation.
The best advice is always “when someone shows you who they are, believe them.” You tried to talk to him about a racist incident that upset you, and he laughed at you and blew it off. Even if he's not racist (and smart money says he is) at the very least he's a shit boyfriend for laughing at something that upset you.
I see some other comments telling you that you have to explain to him why that's not ok. That's ludicrous. Anyone over the age of 5 knows not to laugh at someone when they're upset. Again, even if we remove the racism aspect, he's still an insensitive jerk.
I would not trust a word out of her mouth after the lie about cancer. You don't know that she was raped or had anything else happen.
