1. Get the membership at the gym you want. Yours isn’t satisfying your needs. She can figure out if she’d like to get a membership and figure out transport to the other one but it shouldn’t inhibit you from using a decent gym. She can’t refuse to figure out her own transportation and demand which facility you use that she doesn’t even go to. It will make no difference considering she does not go, and if she misses the pool she’s welcome to start driving or take an uber or ask to be dropped off or picked up. You having a decent gym and her swimming aren’t mutually exclusive so there has to be a solution.

2. Ask either your dad or your stepdad to tell her why she won't be invited to the wedding. That's not too much to ask them to do. She will rail, insult, scream and sweear, but they will absorb all that for you.

   I think you might need to tell her, when you do talk to her, that as long as she's using, you can't have her in your life.
