You need to stop enabling this behaviour. If your partner was serious about helping themselves then they'd take their medication (but instead they are just abusing the ER resources because that feels better). Anxiety can create some real physical symptoms like stomach problems but these symptoms would get better if your partner took their meds.
Please put your foot down next time they try to ER themself, this is an abuse of resources and you need to stop giving your partner any kind of positive attention (sympathy, concern, care, Etc) they do this. Have an honest conversation about them about the situation and their medication, you need to get them to take their meds.
