Sadly you can't really control how you sleep. And I made the experience that stressful times of mental health struggles make for more irregular behaviour during sleep.
Maybe try a separate sleeping situation. Or both sleep while wearing pajamas. But there's nothing much besides getting used to weird behaviour during sleep, laughing it away and getting in a better place with your mental health to reduce this. Melatonin, maybe oropax and a sleepmask might enhance your sleeping to the point this doesn't happen.
When I had sleeping issues, I did complete presentations for university, sitting upright with open eyes, talking loudly and reacting to questions. Or I looked at my husband, smiled at him, and then started screaming loudly like in a horror movie, waking up from my screams. I kick and thrash around sometimes. I talked about really juicy things. Once walked around in my sleep. Such can happen in times of stress. But once the stress got reduced and I felt better, I behaved more normal in my sleep, besides hitting him while turning around by accident sometimes.
I mean she's super popular and liked by everyone, so no one there agreed at all obviously. she's sensitive and tends to overreact to things some times and I think it was very obvious our friend said it in a joking way, I don't think it was misogynistic since my friend was also a female and saying that. I just think my gf needs to get thicker skin sometimes and not let such things affect her.
