Unfortunately these two statements are in direct conflict with each other. If you truly respect and care about her you must respect her boundaries.
It’s time to move on. Block her on everything first. Spend time with friends and family, do something you love or get a new hobby, read a book, work out. You’ll be ok but the sooner you start the healing process the better. And that starts with moving on

Sign them up with a life coach, a gym, if there is a Scientology center nearby…maybe some JW or LDS.
But OP, I'm just going to say that it's unlikely that any of it will heal anything.
