You admit in your post that you probably didn’t make it clear how much you want to avoid this house because of what happened. That’s the first step.
In all honesty, I would be the bigger person here and apologise first for making her feel like you keep bailing, and for not accompanying her with this guy. Then explain that unfortunately any time the plans switch last minute, especially to go to this house, you cannot cope with the change due to what happened. Tell her you will not go back to that house, and you need her to stop asking, but you really want to stay friends and go out to other places together, as long as the night goes as planned and there aren’t any last minute switch-ups.
What happened to you was traumatic and it’s 100% reasonable that you don’t want to go back to that house, but it sounds like your friend doesn’t understand how difficult it is, so you need to communicate that and talk it out if you want to stay friends. If she keeps trying to get you to go to that house after you explain fully, then she’s not a good friend and is more interested in partying than your well-being. But hopefully once she gets how traumatic your experience was, she’ll understand and you won’t have this problem again.
