2. Yes, she is into you, but this doesn't mean any of this is a good idea.

   You are increasingly unfulfillled in your marriage. Getting a crush was almost inevitable. However, you should first do your best to make changes in your marriage, and only if everything fails despite your best effort you can think of pursuing someone else. Not as an affair of course, so you would have to initate at least a seperation with your wife

   Sit your wife down, and tell her you are unhappy in your marriage. Tell her you don't think you can stay like that, as you feel yourself falling out of love with her. Tell her, that you want to fight for your marriage, but need her to do the same. You need yo have more time together, that is not focused on your child, but on you two alone. Obviously the only way to do this is to cut down time spent on work. It does not matter how inconvenient it may be, because an alternative is complete erosion of your marriage. You need to make it clear to her.
