There are a lot of different ways to manage finances once married, but this decision is based on what makes each spouse comfortable. My husband opted to have his paycheck deposited directly into our joint account but I didn’t, so I transfer an agreed upon amount each month in an auto-deduct (so that the money is there at a specified time every month). This helps me feel safer as a female. But other families would do it differently. But no where have I ever heard of a spouse demanding full access even to money from before the wedding, that is weird. Also, the weird demands he is making about kids is odd. I feel like I would be very reluctant to get further involved with someone like this.
Idk about drugs and diseases, but just notify your apartment complex and leave it at that. No need to call the authorities. There’s likely a clause in the apartment lease that forbids this so that’s probably your quickest solution.
I would say minding your own business is free, but I suppose if this is disturbing your peace you should just notify management.

I think the marked difference people are saying the tipping point is lies between without physical materials(photos) thinking of IRL folks/friends you may have a crush on in a completely open manner and having literal photos used of someone that never consented to them being used like that and the act itself being done in a secretive manner. Even the act of it being conducted discreetly would let me know that the person who is doing it didn't even themselves believe their thoughts/actions to be something to be done without shame or guilt. ?? Idk, maybe I'm thinking too deeply about it ? but that would be my thoughts!!
