Can you see that guy is going behind her back to tell the story to Reddit .. he's only giving his side of the story, afraid to invite her to join the discussion and tell us her side. She only wants to be heard instead of being wrongful judged by his friends and now Reddit!
When you use analogy it means that you are explaining common sense to the idiot…but for some reason OP doesn't understand common sense, doesn't understand her and doesn't understand her analogy but somehow “it makes sense to him”!
You have obviously ticked a lot of her boxes, and it is possible for people to fall in love very quickly sometimes but I'd be very concerned here that she has looked you over, decided that you fit the bill and has mapped out your combined futures without actually giving herself time to discover wether you two are actually right for each other.
Some people do enter relationships and marriages with only superficial requirements and circumstances, and sometimes these even seem to work out, but in much in favour of the old school approach, find your best friend and let it flow organically for a year or two until you are sure,then starting putting down a few ideas for plans. Year or two, not two months.
