It means different things to different people. For me it means I need to be left the fuck alone to shower and decompress. For my husband it means lots of hugs and physical touch.
I think needing that from you partner periodically isn’t a bad thing. But you need to communicate 1. What it means to you/what you specifically need and 2. That you are need of that kind of attention at that specific moment.
