You say you feel like she’s punishing you, but her not making time to call you after you missed the call time is not necessarily a punishment. Maybe she no longer had the time to talk to you? Maybe she got busy? Maybe she was annoyed that you wasted 20 minutes of her time and she didn’t want to talk to you anymore?
That’s not a punishment, that’s just consequences of your actions.
