Yeah, if my husband’s family had ruined my wedding the way that your family allowed your mother to, I’d be leaving your ass too. No one cares how much of a macho man you were in front of your mom after the fact, you still allowed her to ruin your wife’s wedding day. And none of your family got up and escorted the bitch out. Losing money is nothing when it comes to losing her sanity and self respect. She is choosing herself and her life and her future over a sad excuse for a husband, who couldn’t even shut his mother up on the wedding day.
You did a really good job glossing over how poorly your mother acted in your last post, and it seems that the comments completely failed to notice that. I’m glad that your update has opened up the comment section’s eyes. Your wife’s anger, issues and inability to forgive have nothing to do with your mother, ruining your wedding, and your family, sitting back and casually allowing her to do so. You are all very lucky that she saved her anger for after the fact, instead of making you all look like clowns on the day of like she should have.
I think you should seriously consider that.

But why was she logging into her personal email on OP’s work laptop? Why was she even using that laptop?
Right? I’ve been in IT forever mostly work at home and my wife has never had access to my work computer. My latest work machine has a full-screen message about who is allowed to access it when it starts up.
