I mean, is your GF right? I’m a little bit older (30s), but I’ve seen people get into situations that were only supposed to be a couple months, that ended up lasting years.
You don’t have to have the answers at this exact moment, but what is the timeline for your sister? Job and apartment/roommate within 1 month? 3? 6? What happens if she can’t find a way support herself independently? Would you just continue to on-line together and support her?
I think having these answers could help things out when discussing with your girlfriend.
