Hi! My last relationship was this way. I was in it for about 11 years so let me tell you how it went for me.
The firat few years I tried my hardest to please him, as well as keep some of myself and my interests. Eventually my interest became obsolete. My life outside of him was obsolete. About 5-6 years in I, just, kinda forgot what I used to like to do. Didn't have friends. Family stopped bothering because I always flaked in favor of just sitting there and doing nothing next to him while he did whatever. I stopped taking care of myself because if I was in the bathroom trying to fix my appearance or do general bodily maintenance too he long he got impatient and upset because I was 'obviously interested in talking to whoever I was talking to' instead of sitting in the room with him. I stopped being my own person and was merely an extension of him. So many threats of suicide, I can't even remember. In the last few years before finally breaking it off, I became so empty and depressed that I barely remember about 4 or so years of my life. Truly, it is a blank slate in my brain that I may be able to recall slight fuzzy details here or there, but that's it
Anyways. Don't do this to yourself. I can see the path you are headed down and no one deserves that. Someone who loves you wants you to be happy, to actually go out and ONLINE, not just cater to their every whim.
You're best bet is to rip off the bandaid. Plan it out quietly, be ready mentally, and just end it, just like that. She will most likely cling to any possible hope of a relationship if you give her anything to work with, and will eventually revert back to how she is now.
