I assure you that if he invites you over, it's that he wants to have sex. To be clear, I'm not saying that as some sort of bad thing. That's perfectly fine. It's just reality.
But you're focusing too far ahead and taking the focus off the date at hand. Enjoy the date. Get to know each other. See if you even connect. If you don't, this is already a moot point. But if all goes well and he does invite you over, just politely say no thank you, that you're not ready to escalate it yet, and say good night.
