I have to say I wouldn’t have a problem with a partner watching porn so it may color my answer. But. I don’t tolerate lying. That’s a big deal and you do have a problem with it and he promised and then lied. Not good. But 11 years. I don’t know many couples who have grown up together and stayed together. I think you have a pretty solid friendship to be able to catch those red flags of emotional unavailability, if any.
