So that’s what I gave him. And even though he had “no options” he figured it out in 30 days.
Serve him an official eviction notice and take a picture documenting when you gave him the notice. Keep that and if you have to call the police to have him removed, you can prove you gave him sufficient notice.
He is no longer your problem in the sense that you don’t have to find a solution for him. It’s time for him to grow up and figure himself out. All you need to do is tell him you want him to go. Stay strong.
