This is the most bizarre thing I’ve ever heard. Why would you wear a “fake engagement ring” when the sentiment is not “real”. As in- when and if he were to propose the meaning behind it is why you’d wear it or get said ring tattoo as you said. I know for a fact if she wanted to say 7 months she would’ve said 7. Maybe she did the math wrong but that’s very unlikely.
