Take that back. Make a formal complaint and show them all the instances you can recall and how it made you feel. If they take you seriously they do not want to risk an employee leaving because of another. They should nip it in the bud.
Otherwise you might want to see how finding work elsewhere is better for you. The fall out then is their fault not yours.
