It sounds like they were too cowardly to tell you directly that they wanted to break up and dragged you into some kind of relationship grey area. As for the thoughts and feelings of anger, have you tried journaling? That can be a great way to express anger and all the things you wish you could say but won’t or can’t.

I would like to thank u all for the replies, i read all of them and I see all of your points. Thank u to those who reassured me, its a relief to know i'm not the one. Thank u to those who told me that the said scene wasnt as graphic as i imagined. To does who think my bf's a bad person, can garantee u he's not. Otherwise i wouldnt even be with him. He's just a person like all of us and has his ways to deal with things. Althought I understand why yall might think that based on this post, just like i cant help but to get unconfortable with certain things, he's also allowed to feel upset with the situation and tell me about it. I do agree therapy wouldnt hurt, but i'm trying to save up money and rn so its not the best time. I'm still a bit lost but i hope that, with time, both of us start to understand each other better. We've already grown so much, we changed a lot over time and thats okay, I'm not going to break up for a damn tv show. Not enough time has passed since this situation, today was definitly weird, but tomorrow we'll meet and hopefully clear things out, or u know what? maybe we'll just move on. At the end of the day, he's not gonna talk about the show no more, so why worry. I'll probably delete this in a couple of hours so feel free to reply ur final thoughts, once again, thank u.
