I dont think it's just about being an incubator though. Though I see where this point of view comes from, he knows how iffy I am about children and wouldn't want me to go through that situation again if it came down to it. But it's completely valid on the idea of the anger part to be honest which is what I did try to talk to him about. I gave the example of if he's saying he'd get angry and upset at me that there's a possibility he'd get angry and upset at the person that killed me especially if they are completely dependent on him.
Well try this new routine on for size baby…. a day to yourself where you don't have a man baby to look after, to feed, do his grocery shopping, getting to sit and eat your own meal that you want, getting to watch the tv you want to watch, getting to have free time…….trust me, without the baby around you will have SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much free time.

I have anger issues and one of my old coping mechanisms did involve sitting in my car and punching the roof to outlet said anger.
I decided to go to therapy and have not had an incidents in a long time. My wife is supportive of me but that is because I am actively taking steps to control my anger. If he does not take active steps to control his anger then this may be an unsafe situation for you.
You did nothing wrong. He needs to find a solution to his anger issues so he doesn't fly off the handle and loose the person he loves.
