When I (24M) was 15 I found my Moms phone still open with texts and graphic pictures from her ex. I never told my dad, but I did confront her. Talk to your dad, go over options. Let him him know you love him still but he need to change and be transparent with your mom. Doing that will relieve so much of that pressure you’re feeling. You’ll get through this man, I know you will.
It’s such a new relationship that I don’t think it’s even remotely worth it to stick around and try to figure out what the deal is. She apparently didn’t leave because she didn’t want to be with him, she left because he wouldn’t commit. And she’s still entertaining him in a romantic way. Hell nah. Even if her actions weren’t disrespectful as hell to your relationship, she still needs time to get over this other guy.

Idk what the “general” chore split is, if you were doing everything maybe now he is sulking because he has to pull his weight.
