This. OP when someone cheats on you, you DO NOT ask, “what am I doing wrong?” You are not the problem. Also you cannot just agree to forgive someone, it’s a feeling and until it’s real it’s not yours to give. Further you do not attempt to control him by monitoring his every action. That is beneath you. A cheater is going to cheat, 20 mins in a closet or car is all it takes. Unless you want more heartbreak and to lose all self-respect – move on.
