Everyone’s said basically everything. If you actually do want to change this, talk to doctor about trying different pills. Worst case they don’t help libido or don’t help your mental health better and you just go back on these ones

You need to speak to your BF about your concerns. If he doesn't think it is a problem to subsidize his family and is happy to do so, then your problem is not with his family. Your problem is with your BF. who is a wonderful generous man. Don't expect to change him. It won't work, and he will resent you trying.
If you can't come to an agreement about financial boundaries then you need to end it. Sometimes people are just incompatible.
There is a difference between enabling family and being supportive. You can't force your BF to behave differently toward his family, discuss the issues, see where you stand.
