Sounds like he didn’t want a baby in the first place.
Honesty is always the best policy OP. During your therapist appointment you should definitely go over strategies with them on how to have a conversation with your fiance about this. But you need to just sit him down and be very direct with him. I understand this will be very hot for you but it needs to be done. Explain to him that you need him to just sit and listen. No interpretations.
Tell him that you've noticed how he and Ashley are when they're around each other (don't let him deflect or make you feel like you're seeing things). That you know there has been flirting going on. And that you saw what happened when you were all doing the escape room together. Explain that you need to know whether he is 100% committed to you or if you both are just wasting your time here.
I wouldn't give him terms either he needs to figure it out on his own what he wants and what he needs to do. But explain that your relationship is in trouble and he needs to fix it. I would also take a step back from Ashley too. Any “friend” who would flirt with their friends partner is not a friend you want around.
