Honesty is the best policy
I didn’t even make it past the first sentence. The fact that your relationship exists at all is problematic and your worried about the wrong thing to be honest. Your “boyfriend” is a predator that has quite obviously groomed you. Have you asked yourself at all in the last 3 years what a 24 man could possibly have in common with a 16 year old girl? Short answer is absolutely nothing. You’re not mature for your age, you don’t have an old soul and you weren’t even legally able to make any decisions on your behalf until a year ago. What attracted him to you was the fact that you were 16, impressionable, and likely to believe any crap excuses for his possible bad behavior he feeds you because you didn’t and clearly still don’t know better to do anything differently.
What you need to do is save yourself a world of hurt, pain, and regret and remove yourself from this situation completely before he gets you pregnant. If you do that you won’t have to worry about your “boyfriend’s” brother coming onto you.
If you have ANY reservations, don't do it. You two need to be 100% on the same page before legally sharing your house. If she is worried about being “homeless” in the event of the breakup, encourage her to maintain a savings account that would cover the cost of finding a new apartment.
