I had heard of a wild story years ago that ended up being true. Some acquaintance of an acquaintance ended up pregnant after years of celibacy. Let's break down the events-
He didn't want to go to your Grandma's house, yet you let them plan a surprise party without even making things clear between them first.
You forced him to come to the party and didn't even mention that they wanted to make amends. What did you expect from this – he'll go inside, they'll scream happy birthday and everything will be okay?
He came the next day and when he was having pain and wanted to leave, your uncle decided that it's the best time to confront him. Very smart of him, right? And you were standing there as you didn't want to get in between 2 adults all the while neglecting the fact that he was leaving due to pain. You can't get in between 2 adults but your uncle was more than happy to intervene into your relationship.
He asked you if you wanted to come and you decided to let him go alone even though he expressed earlier that he was having pain and after you did nothing to help him while you're uncle cornered him.
You and your family cornered him twice- first when you forced him to come to your Grandma's house and second when he was leaving. Some people including you think that he was acting immaturely, however what you have failed to understand is that he was controlling himself and was not saying anything to your uncle until your uncle started calling him.
You need to grow up and realise that if you don't change your childish attitude then you won't be able to have a lasting relationship as you and your family will be destroying every relationship.
