It would be surprising if part if his PT training hadn’t covered appropriate communication and how to “cool down” any talk going too close to the line. And the things he said definitely went beyond the point of accidentally stumbling into the territory. Whole paragraphs are a lot more than a mistake, that’s encouragement of continued inappropriate communication. No need for him to have whole convos with a client. Scheduling, maybe sending a short, encouraging message/reminder, and confirmation the day before/of that they’re still meeting, possibly answering any questions regarding something the client forgot, and he’d already be putting in a whole lot more communication than most PTs.
