Yes you should end the relationship over this, before he destroys your self esteem. You're already saying “these sound not that bad”… sorry but everything you described sounds REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD. Because he's relentless. He's doing this multiple times a day as you describe? And has no intention to stop, ever, because you already told him to stop and he did stop for a while but now he continues. Yes, he's doing this on purpose so you feel “less than” and stay with him because “you're so flawed that you have no better options”… you do have better options. Staying alone forever is a way better option than staying with this jerk if it came to that, which most probably is not that will happen and you'll find a person that actually likes you and respects you.
He needs to chose to go to therapy to take the responsibility to address his phobias.
