As to how to move on? Get yourself a routine. An aspirational one. Challenge yourself to do things that seem naked. Work on a creative project. But a new cute dress. Let the time pass, but fill it with things you did for yourself and little ways you got to know yourself better. Little times you cultivated parts of yourself instead of shutting them down. You’ll be over this dude before you know it, and it will feel like it all happened a world ago. It will take time, but it will happen.
