After my failed marriage to a jealous and insecure person I have rebounded in the opposite direction. I can't stand insecurities or, within reason, allow them to take hold in any relationship. So to me this boundary would be a deal breaker even though I'm not likely to be spending any one on one time with female friends. Just the fact that it has to exist would put me off from the relationship.
That said, I don't think it's unreasonable for all relationships or people. Maybe it's something op should continue to dissect and evaluate for himself. But in the meantime she originally agreed to this and now won't. That's a problem.
