The worst part for me was the part where he stated that you were embarrassing him/yourself. That is super messed up, because the reality is that he behaved strangely and then seemed to dig his heels in. He was weird, then had to flip things to make you seem crazy, as though your behaviour was somehow socially incorrect. At best he is immature and will recognize in time that he needs to sort his behaviour out, at worst he’s shown you what you have to look forward to 5, 10, 20 years down the road.
Your cousin is crossing a serious boundary to demand you break up with someone. It's your life. You should explain to her that she is going to push you away if she thinks she has so much authority over you that she can demand you break up with someone.
I've got a few young female family members that I am very close to. One of my nieces was dating a guy who to me seemed like was with her just because he wanted another notch in his belt. The way the guy looked at her and talked about her creeped me the fuck out.

I would be suspicious if you weren't invited in the first place. But it sounds like they did everything right in terms of you being included, and them trying to coparent and treat each other decently. I wouldn't say it'd be fair for anyone to cancel just because your plans changed.

Then the clown shoe tries to dismiss you about it, and then fights you on it? He SHOULD be embarrassed and ashamed of himself, there are consequences to being a stupid idiot. You need to get that ear checked out ASAP, that ringing three days later is very concerning. Sounds like a severe case of tinnitus but just make sure there isn’t permanent damage.
