So, if that’s not the case and they allowed her to stay they’d need to set hard boundaries and time frames. Maybe even a written agreement stating she will only be there for a set time and then has to move. Also, why put in that they need to find her a place in town, not in the middle of nowhere.
It was a trap. He was trying to see if you are trustworthy. Thats why he left his password on a piece of paper. If he is so big on privacy he would not have done that. He can probably see you logged in.
He does. He flat out told you that he “surprises you” because you would shoot it down. That means it's not about surprising you, since he knows you won't like it. It's about getting what he wants, your opinion be damned.
