What I would have done would be marry myself, go on the honeymoon with friends, come home and tell him and his brother to take a hike.

This is a very fair statement on her part and while I know it feels like she doesn't trust you, you have to remember she trusted you enough to bring them around in that enviroment. It isn't something she may feel comfortable talking about on behalf of them so she wanted to let it happen naturally. In fact, I am sure your sister talked about her relationship with you which prompted that trust from her partner to inform you.
Like someone else mentioned give it time, I would leave one last message of apology and that you understand that she may not want to talk and that you are ready to do so when she is ready. Oof. RIP to your boyfriend. The right thing in this case is to let him go. Don't hold on to him if you're just scared of being alone. Pursue your situationship if you want but you're clearly not happy with the current bf so staying around is not fair to him.
