You were trying to rationalize his behaviour throughout your post. You mentioned “broken home” multiple times as an excuse. Aside from being a deeply outdated term, it doesn't excuse his behaviour. At all. Lots of people lose a parent in a traumatic way and don't get obsessed with their teacher and stalk her daughter.

It’s only been 3 months. Now you know he doesn’t prioritize communication with you. I was with someone like this. Despite me constantly asking for more open communication, he never changed. I finally left him, even though he kept saying he wanted me. There comes a point where you have to say, I want X, and he is not that.
A situationship is generally a hook up that is a short-term thing. Like a vacation/semester abroad that will end once you aren’t together.
I have never heard of anyone discuss marriage in it.
