I would be angry too… if she was sober, and was always just a friend, and this was a reasonable hour, my answer would be different… but if I were you, I would be seriously considering whether or not I wanted to continue to date someone like this. At best, he has horrible judgement and is fine putting himself in situations that are disrespectful to his relationship, and at worst he is a manipulative cheater.
At this point he needs to go see a doctor about this problem cause if he’s showering everyday and he doesn’t have an intensive/physically demanding job that makes him sweat then going to the doctors is the only chance you have to fix this.

Hey OP. You deserve a partner who hears that you want to do something together for your birthday, makes a plan, and follows through. That’s not this guy. You were clear about what you wanted and he didn’t meet you even partway. You’re not a priority for him and you deserve to be a priority.

The cat problem? We've definitely talked about it way before he even posted here. Did he rant about it on Reddit in a way he shouldn't have because he was annoyed? Yeah. I talked to him about how he could've worded it differently.

Honestly just lay it out for him. Some of the things she does comes off as weird to you. You trust him and dont think theres anything going on but some of it stretches the line a little too much for you
It’s fair to ask him to stop, but your reaction as described here was way over the top. Also, him saying he’s “insecure” isn’t really a trigger. If that’s the meaning of the word to you, then the word has lost all meaning.
You are incompatible- neither is getting what they want. I’d say that you’re best breaking up if you can’t get him to back down or at least shut up about it.
