It sounds like she realised you're probably not the most compatible couple in terms of things that you enjoy. That isn't about giving up, it's about knowing what she does/doesn't want from a relationship.
I honestly think therapy could be the best call here, to help you get through this. Heartbreak is painful, but so is remaining in a relationship where you're just not entirely compatible. Give yourself the time and space you need to grieve for this relationship, to find yourself again after and to learn from this.
This message, to me, comes across more as you pleading than you acknowledging the incompatibilities that she raised. For example, she spoke about being adventurous, I'm going to assume that that means she pictures herself doing things in the future that you probably wouldn't want to do.
