we did, neither of us talking about the situation. I never asked why she's been ignoring my texts, but I was honestly still fed up and confused and after about another week when she had called once again for lunch, I lied and said I was busy. I've never expressed how i felt and sort of gave the impression that I didn't care, when really I did.
How did you think you were going to resolve it if you didn't talk about it? Ignoring someone instead of talking about an issue is an immature way to handle a conflict.
Dating a coworker is usually not a good idea, you probably shouldn't really be persuing a relationship with her right now.
So my ex and I broke up in January of this year. It would’ve been 8 years in June. She had told me in November of 2022 she wanted me to propose to her. So I was confused as to how she lost those kind of feelings so fast??
My guess: she told you in November, hoping for a christmas proposal. If you've been together for 8 years, she probably figured it wasn't going to happen so she gave up.
Why is she doing this outside of she’s checking up on me? I’m not even sure why she would check up on me anyways since she left???
Because she is immature/playing games
