3. If your bf can compartmentalise between you being assault and his friends SA on others, I will be very concern on his state of mentality. Does this also show that he may be having some kind of mental issues that allows him to be ok with it.

   He seems understanding for you, but why cant he sympathise with the poor guy that his friends assaulted before?. He is still friends with those people. Imagine him sympathising with you but also being friends with your assaulters.
