None of this is your fault really. Ending a pregnancy is not easy. But you haven't really given any reasons for wanting this baby, you've only talked about how this can impact your ability to have kids in the future. That's not a good reason to have a baby.
And it's not good for you to be tied to this man. You deserve better and both you and your kids deserve to be safe.

Major financial decisions should be joint decisions.
Why doesn’t he work? Is this temporary, and he’s extra stressed about finances?? And, honestly, $60k is not a HUGE amount to support two people. I can see why he’s not fully committed to the expense.
Lay out the budget. How much do you pay in repairs? What exactly is “unreliable” about your cars? What major things do you expect will need to be repaired? Google costs and estimate.
Then lay out what you’ll need to pay for a new car. Do you have the money saved or will you need a loan? Are you actively saving now?
