I think you should talk to him instead of jumping to conclusions or accusing him of anything, because imo there’s no evidence here of anything untoward happening.
It’s possible she just goes to the gym less often, and at different times of different days. Maybe your SO met her randomly one day and they just struck up a conversation. For all we know, they might never have spoken, and one of your SO’s gym friends is into her and so your Partner was checking her out. The bottom line here is that you need more information.
Immediately jumping to cheating on the basis of the information you have (which is basically your partners ig search history) is going to scream at your partner that you don’t trust him. If he isn’t actually cheating, that itself is going to cause issues in your relationship. I suggest taking it slow, having a mature conversation with him, simply asking “why did you look her up?”. You guys have been together 9 years, if he has never given you a reason to mistrust you, I would really give him the benefit of the doubt.

Long term, if you have transportable job skills, you might want to start sending out resumes.
