I think you should dig deeper than the photos tbh. If I was in her shoes and my now bf came to me to say they were uncomfortable with me keeping photos I'd honestly be a bit pissed off and the conversation wouldn't go very well I don't think.
Before you talk to her think about why you feel really strangely about her keeping the photos – Are you worried she's not fully over her ex? Are you concerned she's not completely present with you?
Those are just a few things to think about but I would really take the time to dig deeper before you talk to her
