Sit him down for a final talk on the matter. Sincerely apologize and say how you were wrong. Reassure him that you love him and are happy in the relationship. Listen to him when he speaks. Then I'd give him some space to calm down and think and decide if he can forgive you. I don't think the relationship can exist in this limbo state where he doesn't talk to you, so eventually someone will have to pull the plug if you can't overcome this.

She was out with him + apparently they went to go pick up more people until about midnight, we have each others locations on our phones for safety reasons so after hours of her not answering my phone calls and not answering texts, I told her I was worried for her safety and I’m gonna drive to her location. Only then did she respond with “don’t!“ and the dude drove her back home. She still didn’t bother returning any of my phone calls during this. She was very apologetic when we came home and I was pretty emotional myself. I told her I felt so disrespected and betrayed. She kept apologizing over and over but it never really felt genuine and she didn’t give me anything other than that. No excuses for not answering the phone other than “I was taking to my friends”. So, he lies to you. Goes out with his ex and her family. Refuses to explain himself then refuses to leave the house to give you space. I’d talk to a lawyer before leaving permanently. A few days maybe fine, but you may need to go back. I know sometimes if someone leaves the residence they have a very hot time being the one to keep it as it looks like a surrender to property. Things might be different in different places, but best to be informed.
