Why not bring it up to her in a way that you don’t call her out for it ? Just bring up your own kinks and let her know what kind of stuff you’re interested in then ask her if she’s interested in It as well. See what she says and see where it goes from there.
So some people have had such harsh trauma that sometimes they disassociate and unknowingly become the abuser. It's a disassociative phenomenon. I only know about this because our head therapists was doing a lot od studies into this area.
I think it's not specifically the not saying goodmorning, it's more that he's acting petty and ignoring you. Once this is cleared up you should discuss how you want to handle fights in the future. Sounds stupid but you could simply agree to tell each other that you're not ready to talk or that you need some space. That way you're still showing each other respect by communicating your needs and you're not being petty.

I've heard some people get overly jealous/insecure and trying to monitor their partner's activity live, so that's a possibility on why she refused.
Otherwise, if you're not either. And this is really your wife, it's very weird that your own wife won't accept your friends request. As if she's hiding you from people in her social media.
