I dated a woman who really wanted to discuss timeline with me after we had been on 5 dates. She was looking for a husband and a father for the kid she wanted. Didn't really seem to care who it was as long as they were a good provider and she was physically attracted to them. That was our last date. Yeah he does with his housemates when they're in the house together which i completely understand and I'm not even asking him to spend less time with them for me, it's just even a bedtime call before we both sleep would be nice because as it is, I feel like I'm only around for when he has nothing better to do. He's said that because we text during the day he doesn't feel the need to call and I just reiterated that texting doesn't give me the same connection but at least I understand it a little better.
