2. Don’t feel bad about it. This sounds like something he desperately needs and sometimes you need to draw a naked line and say these things. This may be the push that makes him realize what’s going on. Everyone yells at some point, but if that’s his go to for every little thing, then somethings wrong with his emotional meter. I was similar to your husband a couple years ago. I worked a job that dealt with some pretty dark stuff, I’d get angry and yell about everything, and I even punched through a stud in the wall. I went to therapy for several months before I had to stop for other reasons, but it helped immensely. Just having an unbiased person to talk to, and learning coping skills to work on to alleviate the anger. I don’t know if this is how he’s always been or more of a resent thing, but he may have some issues with depression or bipolar if he’s got extreme moods. Right now though, my concern is you. You have said you are scared to go home, tired and stressed. I am reading this as you are scared he will hurt you. I’m sorry to say, but you are in an abusive relationship. You’re feeling guilty for his actions and it kind of sounds like you’re trying to out some blame on you. I strongly recommend that you maybe find a friend or family member to stay with for a bit. This will benefit both of you, he may get a wake up call, and you need to get free to clear your head. If you’re tired and stressed, it will wear on you mentally as well and it will further test your relationship apart. I really want to say that I hope your relationship works out, but I am seriously seriously seriously concerned about your welfare. Please take care, nobody should have to deal with this.
