You aren't doing the things that make for good mental health. You don't have any close friends and you are remote from your family. You don't have anyone to talk to about things bothering you (other than bf). You say you're broke and that can also be discouraging.
Try to improve the quality of your life rather than just breaking up with your bf. Make friends, get a job (or a better one), maybe see a therapist. Try to do fun things with him. Watch out for winter depression and if you think you have that, either go outside for 15 minutes a day in all weather, or get some bright lights. Get a little exercise every day.
